AUTOMATED COMPLEX FOR PRODUCTION OF HIGH-DUTY CAST IRON BY TREATMENT OF MELT IN INERT GAS MEDIUM
 
    Institute develops technology and complex for treatment of melt outside the furnace in inert gas medium with light addition alloys for increase of modification degree by 20 to 25 %.
    The purpose is achieved due to creation of protective atmosphere inside closed ladle by entering inert gas.
    At the same time the pyroeffect is reduced resulting in improvement of working conditions in the view of ecology.
